DIPPING SAUCE FOR FRUIT

From Vegetarian Voice's article on raw foods diets.

 

Tastes especially great with orange sections, apple slices and strawberries.


Ingredients:

1/4 c raw cashews or raw almonds  
1/2 c water (can use part fresh squeezed orange juice)
1 or 2 dates  
1/2 t flax seed (opt.)  
   
Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. (It will have some granular texture.) Add more water, if necessary, to reach dipping consistency.
