Combine all the dressing ingredients in a jar with a tight lid. Shake the jar and let stand. Boil the potatoes for about 15 minutes or until tender. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients while the potatoes are still hot (I recommend using about 2/3 of the dressing, and adding more as necessary. Leftover dressing is great for garden salads). Chill for 2 to 3 hours. |
