SPINACH SALAD WITH
CURRY DRESSING

| Spread the peanuts and sesame seeds in an ovenproof pan and bake at 350 for 10 to 15 min. Cool. Combine the spinach with apple, onions, and raisins in a large salad bowl. Add the cooled peanuts and sesame seeds. Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over the salad and toss to mix just before serving. | ||||||||||||
