STUFFED CELERY

 

 

Ingredients:

2/3 c peanut butter (crunchy or creamy) 1/4 t ground ginger
3 t soy milk
1/4 c toasted sesame seeds
3 t soy sauce or tamari celery stalks
   
In a small bowl, cream together the first 5 ingredients in the order given. Stuff the celery stalks and cut to desired size. Great on sliced bananas, too.
 

     

    Makes about 1 cup.
